1. Agreement

By accessing or using Beetsy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by AKZ Marketing LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Beetsy is a SaaS tool that helps Etsy sellers generate AI-optimized listing titles, tags, and descriptions, score their SEO, and track profit performance. The Service is available at beetsy.io.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free trial account.
  • AKZ Marketing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the selected plan features.
  • No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial ends, continued access requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Etsy's terms of service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
  • Abuse the AI generation system (e.g., automated bulk requests beyond plan limits)
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

Beetsy uses AI to generate listing content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific product.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing it to Etsy.
  • AKZ Marketing LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated content on your Etsy shop.
  • You own the content generated for your account and grant us no rights over it.

7. Etsy Integration

When you connect your Etsy shop, you authorize us to access your shop data via Etsy's official API. We only request the minimum permissions necessary. You can revoke this access at any time from your Etsy account settings. AKZ Marketing LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc.

8. Intellectual Property

The Beetsy name, logo, and all Service content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by AKZ Marketing LLC. You may not use our branding without written permission. You retain all rights to content you create using the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AKZ Marketing LLC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will increase your Etsy sales. We do not warrant the accuracy of SEO scores or profit calculations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKZ Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you by email or via a dashboard notice at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where AKZ Marketing LLC operates.
